Your payment includes a $200 non-refundable evaluation fee that covers our rigorous 120+ point vetting process. If you don't pass our eligibility screening, the remaining balance ($1,795 for Standard or $3,795 for Premium) is refunded within 14 business days. If you qualify, your payment covers your first year of membership.

How do I get listed on Curatrix?
Curatrix is invite-only. Submit an application through our form and we'll evaluate your company against our eligibility criteria. If you qualify, we'll reach out to complete the vetting process.
Is there a cost to be listed?
Yes. You pay upfront when requesting evaluation—$1,995/year for Standard or $3,995/year for Premium. This includes a $200 non-refundable evaluation fee. If you don't pass our eligibility screening, the remaining balance is refunded. If you qualify, the payment covers your first year of membership. Tier placement is always earned through our scoring—never purchased.
What does "No Pay-to-Play" mean?
Unlike other directories, you cannot pay for a higher ranking or tier on Curatrix. Your placement is 100% based on our objective scoring rubric—healthcare experience, certifications, compliance readiness, and client results. This means healthcare buyers can trust our rankings reflect actual quality, not advertising budgets. We may offer optional visibility features (like "Featured" badges), but these are always clearly labeled and never affect your tier or score.
How is my tier determined?
Your tier is based on a 120-point scoring rubric covering healthcare experience, certifications, client portfolio, and more. Scores are normalized to 0-100 and mapped to Premier (90-100), Elite (70-89), Select (45-69), or Emerging (25-44).
Can I pay for a higher tier?
No. Tiers are earned through demonstrated healthcare expertise, not payment. You can pay for visibility features (like "Featured" placement), but these are always clearly labeled and do not affect your tier.
What if I don't pass eligibility?
We'll let you know which requirements weren't met. Most eligibility gaps can be addressed over time. You're welcome to reapply once you've remediated the issues.
How often are scores updated?
Providers are re-evaluated annually and when significant changes occur (new certifications, acquisitions, compliance issues). You can also request a re-evaluation if your circumstances change.
