Curatrix is a curated directory of healthcare-ready B2B service providers. We provide:

  • A searchable directory of vetted healthcare service providers
  • Provider profiles with information about services, certifications, and capabilities
  • Provider tier rankings based on our proprietary evaluation criteria
  • Resources and information about healthcare B2B services

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services without permission
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Collect or harvest user information without consent

4. Provider Listings

For Healthcare Organizations (Users)

Provider listings on Curatrix are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of provider information
  • Tier rankings reflect our evaluation criteria and are not endorsements
  • You should conduct your own due diligence before engaging any provider
  • We are not a party to any agreement between you and a listed provider

For Service Providers

If you apply to be listed as a provider, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
  • You will promptly update your information if it changes
  • We may verify the information you provide through third-party sources
  • We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify listings at our discretion
  • Tier placement is determined by our evaluation criteria and cannot be purchased
  • You grant us a license to display your company information, logo, and related materials

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by Prosper Index, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our prior written consent. Provider logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROSPER INDEX, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prosper Index, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
