Every provider in Curatrix is manually reviewed against healthcare-specific criteria. No self-serve listings. No shortcuts.

Two-Stage Evaluation

Providers must pass eligibility screening before being scored and assigned to a tier.

Eligibility Gate

Every provider must pass these requirements to be considered. Failure on any single criterion results in rejection.

  • Serves the US healthcare market
  • Active company (not defunct or acquired)
  • B2B focus (not consumer apps)
  • Minimum 1 verifiable healthcare client
  • Professional web presence
  • No active legal or compliance violations
  • Service fits a Curatrix category

Scoring Rubric

Providers who pass eligibility are evaluated across 120 data points, normalized to a 0-100 score that determines tier placement.

Healthcare Experience

Years serving healthcare, revenue from healthcare clients, dedicated healthcare team members.

HIPAA compliance, SOC 2 Type II, HITRUST, ISO 27001, and other relevant certifications.

Merit-Based Tier System

Tiers reflect verified healthcare expertise and cannot be purchased. Scores are calculated from our rubric—never influenced by payment.

Premier ~2-3% of listings

90-100

Exceptional healthcare partners with proven track records. Premier status requires Elite qualification plus a Curatrix invitation—it cannot be purchased.

Elite ~10-15% of listings

70-89

Proven leaders with deep healthcare expertise, strong compliance posture, and significant healthcare client portfolios.

Select ~40-50% of listings

45-69

Solid performers who meet our curated standards and demonstrate genuine healthcare capability.

Emerging ~35-45% of listings

25-44

Growing companies with healthcare potential. Newer to the space but meeting minimum requirements.

Our Commitment to Transparency

Scoring Criteria Are Public

We publish what we evaluate. Providers and healthcare companies alike can understand exactly what factors contribute to tier placement.

Weightage Remains Confidential

While criteria are transparent, the exact weighting formula is not disclosed. This prevents gaming while maintaining evaluation integrity.

Tiers Cannot Be Purchased

A provider's tier is earned through demonstrated healthcare expertise, compliance posture, and client portfolio—never through payment. Paid visibility (like "Featured" placement) is always clearly labeled.

Regular Re-Evaluation

Scores are not permanent. Providers are re-evaluated annually and when significant changes occur (new certifications, acquisitions, compliance issues).
